OK... so I was a little dubious about buying the tent. With very few reviews out there and not much information to go on, I took a gamble and bought the 3m x 4m version.
It took about a month to arrive (pretty much what the company stated at the offset) and it was about 3 weeks when I got the UPS tracking information from BubbleTent.
I haven't used the tent yet BUT I just put it up in the garden today to test it out before our camping trip next month. I have to say.... I"m really impressed. It is massive and absolutely solid. It took about 7 minutes to inflate using a 12v electric pump, an absolute must if you're buying one of these.!!
The tent is almost the same as one of the images (square windows) but close enough to make no difference. It also has two PVC skylights in the rear section. It doesn't have the flappy bits that over hang flap over the windows from the roof...
I will be adding additional waterproofing myself at the camp site just to be sure....as you would with any tent. I don't want to find out in the middle of the night if it's not up to standard.
It is heavy. Although, it's not as awkward once it's just in the carry bag and out of the actual delivery box. But I recommend you buy a couple of luggage straps to help keep it neat when packed away because otherwise it doubles in size. Deflating and packing away took about 15 minutes with two people. I also recommend an electric pump that can DEFLATE as well to help get the last bit of air out. It helped us today rather than rolling around on top of it.
It's 2.3m tall (in the centre). The measurements in the images are incorrect BUT it is written in the description. Just to give you an idea... I'm 5'11" and I can't touch the ceiling in the centre. Also, the sides are slightly higher (about shoulder height) than in the images so almost every inch of the floor space is totally useable space. No touching damp cold canvas as you're moving around. Its great.
The pegs that came with it are surprisingly heavy duty too. So I won't bother buying any others.
The room divider doesn't seem to be completely detachable (there's velcro at the top) but I could be wrong. So keep that in mind when buying any type of flooring for it. I bought 2 large picnic blankets (2m x 3m) to fill both rooms rather than a single large awning carpet and it works perfectly plus they can be used for other activities.
The whole entrance wall can be completely removed (simply unzips all round) so you could use the front room as an 'awning' or open room and just use the rear room as a tent. So you have options. The front room doesn't have a fitted groundsheet (so its bare grass) but does come with a ground sheet to to put down. Again, gives you options.
I tried out a massive king size Inflatable bed (Active Era) in it today and it took up about two thirds of the rear room. So there was loads of space left.
All in all.... I'm really excited for our camping trip to Ullswater next month and I certainly can recommend the tent.
I've written this long arse review because I didn't have any to read myself before buying it and I thought it might give someone peace of mind. It is a big tent and its totally weird and over the top but its also really bloody cool...
ONLY NEGATIVE... there are no instructions. (not that you really need them..) There are various YouTube videos out there with inflatable tents if you really need help with it. But that also means there is nothing to tell you what PSI it should be inflated to. I guessed at 6 but stopped the pump at 4 as it was solid enough for the test but I'll be asking BUBBLETENT to find out for me asap. So make sure you ask for the correct pressure, if you haven't been told.
That just about covers all of it. It doesn't really feel like a tent inside. Its super spacious and very light (might invest in a dark tarp to go over the top to block out the light), Very easy to set up and not a major arse ache to put away either.
