Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns - We only accept returns or exchanges if the item you have purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please email us at with details of the defective product. You have a right to return the goods within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds - When we receive your defective item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. In some cases we will accept photographic evidence, the outcome of each individual case will be down to our discretion. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non​refundable. 

Cancellation Policy: Any order may be cancelled or returned for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. You may still cancel your purchased item within 48 hours of purchase; however, due to all our bubble tents being handmade to order, a 20% admin fee will be taken from the refund value as production of your bubble tent will have started. If 48 hours have passed since the purchase, then an item may not be cancelled. If you wish to cancel an order, email
